EASY. FAST. SAFE. DONE.
Forget running to the ATM or mailing a check. With Zelle, you can send and receive money with peace of mind. Safely and easily send money to people you know through your trusted banking app - or the Zelle app if your bank doesn’t currently offer Zelle.

STEP 1
Access Zelle
Find Zelle in the mobile banking app of our partners. If you already have your banking app on your phone, there's no download necessary. If your bank or credit union doesn't offer Zelle yet, just download the Zelle app to get started.

STEP 2
Pick a person to pay.
Once you enroll, all you need to send money with Zelle is the preferred email address or mobile number of the trusted recipient.

STEP 3
Choose the amount to send.
Enter the amount you want to send. If your recipient is already enrolled with Zelle, the money will go directly into their bank account, typically in minutes. If they aren’t enrolled yet, they will get a notification explaining how to receive the money simply and quickly.

Pay friends easily.

Free
In my opinion everyone needs to have this app. Pay friends and family with a Venmo account using money you have in Venmo, or link your bank account or debit card quickly. Move money from Venmo to your bank account in as little as one business day. The only potential downside for some users is that many users do public transactions are, but you can send money privately on Venmo if you would rather.

Pay family and friends in the US with a phone number or email, whether or not they have Venmo — all they need to do is create a Venmo account to claim their payment. Find friends automatically by syncing your Facebook or phone contacts.

Your personal and financial data is encrypted and protected on our secure servers to guard against unauthorized transactions. When you send money using your Venmo balance, bank account, debit card or prepaid card, we waive fees so it’s free. Our standard 3% fee applies to credit cards. Receiving money and making purchases in other apps is always free.

Venmo is owned by PayPal.

Personal account is free. Business account has fees.
PayPal is a great payment option for small businesses with an online presence. Account setup is fast, it’s easy to use, and it’s widely accepted. If you’re a brand new business and you need to accept payments quickly, PayPal is the way to go.
There are two types of accounts in PayPal, personal and business. A single person can only have two accounts with PayPal. One personal account and/or a business account. Each account should have a unique email address, bank account and credit card associated with it. Opening a PayPal account and sending money from a PayPal account is completely free of charge for all account types. You can also receive funds from a credit/debit card. With personal accounts you can only accept five credit/debit cards payments while in case of business accounts there is no such limit.

Receiving funds from a PayPal account:
-
To your personal PayPal account is free.
-
To your business PayPal account involves fees.
